Retail Marketing Manager - Surrey

Our client is seeking an experienced, dynamic Retail Marketing Manager to lead their marketing strategies and campaigns as well as be able to collaborate across various department to drive the company's brand success

Key Responsibilities:

* Must be able to execute campaigns - developm social media, email marketing, PPC initiatives, content marketing and enhance the overall customer engagement

* Sales and Strategic Target execution

* Campaign Development

* Marketing & Consumer Insights

* You will be mentoring the rest of them marketing team

* Drive marketing innovation through automation and the optimization of marketing technologies

* Event Management activities

* Website Management - Collaborate with the website manager to create engaging and informative content

Qualifications:

* Experience in a marketing management role, preferably in a retail or customer-facing environment

* Strong communicator

* Excellent management or leadership skills

* Extensive knowledge of multi-channel marketing, including social media, email marketing, content creation, PPC, and event marketing.

* Be creative and passionate about innovation and customer engagement

* Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
