Comprehensive Training & Qualifications

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you'll provide compassionate, person-centred care to children and young people with autism and learning disabilities in a residential setting. You'll play a vital part in helping them develop life skills, communication, independence and emotional resilience.

Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting children with daily routines, emotional regulation, and social interaction

Assisting with sensory, communication or behavioural needs in line with individual care plans

*

Encouraging independence and building on strengths in a structured and nurturing environment

*

Promoting inclusion, dignity, and a sense of belonging

*

Working collaboratively with families, colleagues, therapists and professionals

*

Ensuring safeguarding and high standards of care are upheld at all times

What We're Looking For
