Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - Days Role!

Salary: £35,000 - £39,000

Shift: Days - Mon-Fri

Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire

We are recruiting for a growing industrial manufacturer who have an opportunity for Mechanical Maintenance Engineer based in Leeds. I am looking for a Maintenance Engineer ideally from a Manufacturing / Industrial Background that is Mechanical bias, holding an engineering qualification. As a Maintenance Engineer you will carry out planned maintenance activities and promptly attend to breakdowns on the production machines, ensuring all actions and further requirements are comprehensively reported. You will proactively prevent equipment failures and enhance performance by implementing improvements, maintaining service levels to minimize downtime, and ensuring effective communication with relevant personnel.

Skills required for the Mechanical Maintenance Engineer:

Have an engineering qualification.
Happy to be on call (Rare)
Mechanical bias
Manufacturing Background
Diagnosing faults and repairing equipment.
Ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations.
