Key Responsibilities: Higher levelt Teaching Assistant (HLTA):

• Collaborate closely with teachers to plan and deliver engaging lessons for Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 students.

• Support individual pupils and small groups, ensuring tailored learning experiences that address varied needs.

• Assist with classroom management, creating an inclusive environment that fosters learning and positive behaviour.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of creative educational activities and resources.

• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to both teachers and parents, ensuring a continuous cycle of improvement.

Application Requirements: Higher levelt Teaching Assistant (HLTA):

• A proven track record as a Teaching Assistant or HLTA in a primary school setting.

• Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.

• A compassionate, patient, and proactive approach to supporting children's learning.

• Familiarity with the UK National Curriculum for Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.

• Commitment to ongoing professional development and embracing innovative teaching practices.
