An exciting new role has been created for a Design Coordinator, working for a national client who have pioneers in the construction industry worldwide. An award-winning client who works on very interesting and innovative, prestige and notable projects.

Responsibilities:

Manage on-site design process from RIBA stage 5
Control the full design co-ordination of the project
Liaise with Sub contractors
Dealing with design issues professionally
Attend relevant meetings and liaise with external design consultancies.
