* Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any technical or logistical challenges that arise during the project.

* Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, quality control records, and compliance certificates.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Façade Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry.

* Strong understanding of façade systems, including curtain walls, cladding, and glazing.

* Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams.

* In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations related to façade work.
