Salary: £25000 - £28000/annum

We are currently looking for an HR Administrator to work for a growing automotive manufacturing customer of ours in Warwick.

The position is specifically focused on supporting the Absence & Wellbeing areas of the business - covering; absence admin, wellbeing programs, employee assistance, health surveillance coordination, educational campaigns and benefits, amongst other inter-department duties.

The successful applicant will possess the following;

* Experience working in an HR Administrative position (or relevant equivalent).

* Prior experience of taking notes in formal employee relations meetings (some exposure to he process).

* Experience of formal document drafting.

* Entry level knowledge of absence management.

Starting salary up to £28,000pa DOE with 25 days holiday (+BH's), enhanced pension, health plan and other additional employee benefits as standard.
