Clinical Unit Manager | Elderly Nursing Home
Salary: £52,000 per annum
Location: Fleet, Hampshire
Qualification: RGN or RMN **strong general nursing skills**
Hours: 42 hours per week with paid breaks

Remit
Compass Associates are working with a valued client who have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Nurse to work in their fantastic nursing home based near the Fleet area. This home provides care for nursing, dementia and residential residents. The successful candidate will need to have previous experience of working in a nursing home environment, working as part of a multi disciplinary team and strong leadership skills.

Requirements
- Must be a registered nurse with an active pin (RGN/RMN)
- 3 years previous Nursing Home experience as a nurse
- Strong clinical skill set
- Passion for developing, coaching and upskilling junior team members
- Genuine passion for elderly care

Interview Process
There is a 2 stage interview process
Stage 1 - Pre-screening call
Stage 2 - Formal interview with Home Manager

Location
This role is based near the Fleet area and is easily commutable from Farnham, Hook, Frimley, Guildford, Alton, Camberley, Basingstoke, Woking, Hindhead, Long Sutton, Rowledge, Hartley Wintney and Ash Vale.
