We're working with a long-established and growing signage and design business based in South East London, known for producing high-quality large format graphics and display solutions. Due to continued success and increasing demand, they're now looking to bring an experienced Large Format Printer & Finisher into their production team.

The RoleThis is a hands-on position where you'll take ownership of the print and finishing process, working with industry-leading machines and materials. You'll be responsible for maintaining high-quality output, managing equipment, and supporting smooth day-to-day production operations.

You'll also play a key role in maintaining production schedules and supporting a culture of excellence, innovation, and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
Running and maintaining large format digital printers, laminators, and cutters

Setting up and managing production jobs from print through to finish

Monitoring quality control across all product lines

Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed at all times

Troubleshooting print and finishing issues

Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised production area

Supporting production planning and daily workflow

Contributing to continuous improvement and increased efficiency

What We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone with solid experience in large format print production, who's confident managing the full print/finish process and has a real eye for detail.

You should have:

Proven experience in a similar large format print environment

Strong working knowledge of large format digital printers, laminators & cutting equipment

Experience operating machines such as HP Latex, Canon Arizona, and Zund (or similar)

Familiarity with RIP software (Onyx preferred)

A hands-on, solutions-focused mindset with a can-do attitude

Strong organisational and time management skills

Good understanding of health & safety practices in a production environment

Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud would be beneficial, but not essential.
