As Store Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of the Newcastle store. You'll bring your sales leadership and team management experience to a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading and inspiring a talented retail team across multiple fascia

Delivering customer service excellence every day, in every interaction

Driving commercial performance through strong P&L responsibility and KPI tracking

Taking charge of recruitment & training, developing your team into future leaders

Implementing effective visual merchandising to elevate the customer journey

Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, stock control, and compliance

What We're Looking For

A proven Store Manager or Retail Manager with experience in a multi-site or large-format retail environment
Confident with P&L management, store operations, and team development
Hands-on leadership style, with a focus on coaching and mentoring
Experience delivering customer service excellence and hitting sales targets
A passion for the outdoors, adventure, or sportswear retail is a bonus - but not essential This is the perfect role for someone with ambition, energy, and a deep understanding of retail management.
