Studio Director

Location: Birmingham
Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 per annum + Annual Bonus

This opportunity would be ideal for an experienced Director, Senior Architect, or Associate Director with proven experience in the education, healthcare, commercial, or residential sectors in the Midlands.

Office: Birmingham Centre
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Duties:

Lead and manage the Birmingham studio operations and team
Drive business development and secure new projects from existing and prospective clients
Represent and deliver the studios purpose-led strategy in the region
Oversee project delivery, ensuring design and technical quality
Mentor and develop staff at all levels within the studio
Participate in cross-practice design and technical reviews to continuously evolve our design approach 

Requirements:

ARB registered and Masters Qualified Architect
10+ years of industry experience
Strong leadership and team management skills
Proven track record in business development and client relationship management
Deep knowledge of the Birmingham region and established local network
Excellent communication, organisation, and mentoring skills
Confident working with Revit and leading design reviews
