Location: Mayfair (main office in Golders Green until the site is ready - site is predicted to be ready by August)

Main Requirements:

* Fit-out experience will be a plus

* BIM Manager with the capacity to draw a few packages in Revit

* Experience with clash detection

We are a leading main contractor specialising in high-end residential projects known for their innovation, design and construction excellence. We are seeking a talented and experienced BIM Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to our prestigious residential developments.

Job Description:

As the BIM Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the implementation and management of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and technologies for our high residential projects. You will collaborate closely with project teams, including architects, engineers, and consultants, to ensure the successful integration of BIM into all stages of project delivery. Your responsibilities will include:

- Developing and implementing BIM execution plans, standards, and workflows to streamline project coordination and information exchange.
- Providing guidance and support to project teams in BIM software applications, including Autodesk BIM 360 , Navisworks, and other relevant tools.
- Leading BIM coordination meetings and facilitating clash detection and resolution processes to enhance project efficiency and reduce risks.
- Managing BIM models and databases, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborating with external stakeholders, such as contractors and subcontractors, to establish BIM requirements and coordinate model exchanges throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conducting regular quality control checks on BIM deliverables and enforcing compliance with company standards and best practices.
- Staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and BIM advancements to continuously improve project outcomes and efficiency.
- As Built / As Constructed & field-verified models need to be delivered. Point clouds / laser scanning methods are to be used to verify and update the model to its As-Built condition.
- Platform used Revit, Navisworks Manage, BIM 360

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum [10] years of experience in BIM management, preferably within the residential construction sector.
- Proficiency in BIM software applications, including Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD (Aconex is a plus).
- Strong understanding of BIM standards and protocols and their application in project delivery (e.g., ISO 19650, PAS 1192 series of standards and specifications).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing BIM processes and technologies on complex projects from inception to completion.
- Experience in BIM coordination and clash detection, including familiarity with coordination software (e.g., BIM 360).
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes relevant to high residential projects.
- BIM certification (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) is a plus.
