The Role:
As a Graduate Unqualified Teacher, you will:

• 
  Deliver lessons in your subject specialism with support from experienced teaching staff
• 
  Contribute to lesson planning, marking, and assessment to support student progress
• 
  Inspire and engage students in a supportive and dynamic classroom environment
• 
  Work closely with senior staff and mentors to build your confidence and teaching skills
• 
  Develop expertise in classroom management, pedagogy, and curriculum planning

What We're Looking For:

• A degree in a relevant subject (e.g. Education, Psychology, Sociology, Criminology, English, Maths).
• A genuine interest in education and a strong desire to pursue teacher training.
• Previous experience working with young people is beneficial but not essential.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and organisational skills.
• A positive, proactive, and patient approach to supporting students.
• An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one).
