About the Role

We are seeking versatile and enthusiastic supply staff to deliver high-quality teaching and learning across a range of subjects and disciplines. You will provide essential cover for planned and unplanned staff absences, ensuring continuity of education and an inspiring classroom experience.

As a TARA College Tutor/Teacher, you're in control of your schedule. Choose how many days a week you want to work and let us handle the rest! What We're Looking For:

TARA asks that applicants have the following:

* Relevant Teaching Qualifications (e.g., PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent).

* Experience teaching post-16 learners or delivering vocational qualifications.

* Strong communication and classroom management skills.

* A passion for working with young adults and supporting their development.

* Safeguarding training (we can provide this if needed).

* A current DBS check on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).

* A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality education.
