Pavilion Recruitment are pleased to offer to the market a new vacancy - New Business Account Handler, to join a highly successful brokerage in Croydon.

They take a customer focused approach to broking and place high value on the building and development of positive relationships, with both colleagues and clients.

You will play a key role in converting and managing new business in relation to commercial SME policies, as well as providing tailored advice to clients about their insurance.

Working as a team, you will respond promptly to customer enquiries, convert warm leads and broke risks to the market, liaising closely with underwriters. This will not involve any cold calling.

You would be expected to manage around 10-30 quotes per week, with GWP ranging from £200 to £10,000 for more complex policies.
