About the role:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our team. This full-time, long-term position offers a competitive daily salary of £100 - £120. The role has become available due to a recent team expansion, reflecting our growing student body and commitment to providing exceptional support.

As an HLTA, you will play a crucial role in supporting our students in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, working closely with teachers to enhance the learning experience. You will be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration and professional growth. Our class sizes are designed to ensure personalised attention, with a maximum of 25 students per class.

Application Requirements:

• Relevant HLTA qualifications or equivalent is desirable.

• Proven experience working with primary-aged children.

• Strong understanding of the Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 curriculum.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the classroom teacher in delivering high-quality lessons.

• Lead small group activities and interventions.

• Assist with planning and preparing learning materials.

• Monitor and record student progress.

• Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment
