I am looking for a skilled and motivated Architect to join a RIBA-chartered practice based in Essex. This firm is well-known for its collaborative and knowledgeable team, specializing in retail, residential, and commercial projects. They have built a strong reputation for delivering innovative, customized designs that consistently exceed client expectations.

The successful Architect will have experience working in a UK-based architecture firm and possess excellent attention to detail. You should be confident in your abilities and eager to advance your career; retail experience would be advantageous

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architect:

ARB registered
Relevant experience in a UK architecture practice (including Part 2 Architectural Assistant experience)
Confident in presenting work to clients
Ability to navigate all RIBA stages with guidance from senior team members
Knowledge of UK planning, building regulations, building systems, and construction types
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Able to work both independently and as part of a team
Strong design and technical detailing skills
