With an existing team comprising a solicitor and a Chartered Legal Executive, the firm is looking for a driven individual to expand the practice and build on its reputation for excellence.The Role:This leadership role offers the opportunity to take ownership of the department, ensuring its smooth and effective operation while delivering exceptional service to clients. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a varied caseload of wills, probate, tax and estate planning, and LPAs.
• Overseeing your own workload and maintaining high standards of client care.
• Preparing documents, including wills, and providing expert advice tailored to clients' needs.
• Driving marketing initiatives to promote and grow the Private Client practice.
• Building and nurturing strong client relationships while expanding the department's reach.

Requirements:

• Ideally 8+ years PQE in Private Client work, with a solid track record of success.
• Enthusiasm and ambition to market and grow Private Client services.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage your workload independently and lead a team.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with colleagues and clients.
