My client, a leader in their market, are looking to recruit an Operations Support Coordinator to join their rapidly growing team on a 12-month fixed-term contract basis.

The successful candidate will have at least 6 months exposure in an office environment and will have experience in offering excellent customer service to customers.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for customers and offer them an excellent service over telephone and email
Collaborating with the wider teams in the business, exchanging information and supporting to resolve any queries
Support the wider team to ensure any objectives are met
Building rapport and long-term relationships with customers and internal teams
General administrationEssential Skillet

Previous exposure in an office environment is desirable but not essential
Problem solver
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Passion for customer service
Ability to work as a team and independentlyPackage

12 month fixed-term contract
Edinburgh/Hybrid - at least one a week in the office
Up to £22,500
Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
34 days holiday plus Scottish Bank Holidays
