I am looking for an Electrician to join a team within a large, reputable housing association working on social housing properties.The successful Electrician will be expected to carry out various day to day repairs and reactive maintenance works in tenanted properties. This is a contract role offering a possible permanent position after 12 weeks. If successful, you will be offered an hourly rate, CIS or PAYE, a company van and fuel card, a full induction process, clear progression routes and many more benefits when moving into a permanent role.This Electrician role is:

• Coventry based
• £25 per hour
• Monday - Friday, 37 hour week

The successful Electrician will be expected to carry out:

• Day to day repairs
• Reactive maintenance
• Work in social housing properties

We are keen to speak to any Electricians who have the following:

• Full UK driving license
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• NVQ Level 3 or Equivalent
• Testing & Inspection qualification (2391 or equivalent)
