Contract Manager - BRISTOL AREA (Covering M4 Corridor)

Up to £45,000-£52000 + Extensive benefits package including vehicle, fuel card, and bonus.

Leading Facility Management Consultancy are looking for a Contract Manager in the South West to manage commercial projects ensuring service delivery and budgetary targets are met. Reporting directly to the Operations Director, you will act as the primary POC to clients managing changes to sites requirements and will play an active part in identifying areas for delivery improvements.

Skills Summary (Contract Manager)

• 5-7+ years' experience as a Contracts Manager on commercial projects, running sites independently

• Experience managing project profit & loss
• Knowledge dealing with sub-contractors and interviewing new employees
• Full Driving License
