💼 The Deal:

Diagnose & fix automation, electrical & mechanical issues

Deliver improvement projects—not just patch things up

Support a highly efficient, fast-moving site

Work on OEE, CCOs & site performance KPIs

💡 What You Need:

✔ NVQ Level 3 / City and Guilds in electrical, automation, or multi-skilled engineering

✔ Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

✔ Team player, problem-solver, and proactive mindset

✔ Comfortable coaching & supporting other engineers/operators
