Accounts Assistant

Ruislip, Middlesex

£32,000 + Pension + Free Parking

A keen and enthusiastic Accounts Assistant with a little working experience is required to join a wonderful team within an established and currently expanding local organisation.

Some of your duties will include:

- Supporting the Accounts Manager by assisting with day to day accounts and finance activities

- Assisting with the sales, purchase and nominal ledger function up to trial balance level

- Managing credit control function and chasing overdue client payments by telephone

- Helping to prepare quarterly VAT return and submitting online payments to HMRC

- Reconciling petty cash, checking credit card expenditure and processing staff expenses

- Assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts and actual vs budget analysis
