A bit about what you will do...

The Senior Spa Receptionist ensures that the highest standards of customer care at met at all times within the front desk amongst all staff members within the spa area.

• Recognise arrivals of all VIP guests arriving in both the Wellness Spa and hotel.
  • Recognise all Wellness Spa members by name and membership level.
• Responsible for driving the guest experience and communication amongst the colleagues, orchestrating a smooth guest sequence delivery.
• Ensure guest / member preferences and special requests are accommodated to the best of the property’s abilities.
• Ensure the Wellness Spa is receiving the highest ratings from the TrustYou VOG scores as well as LQA/ Forbes guest satisfaction and is a priority at all times.
• Maintain guest confidentiality at all times.
• Pass any guest complaints, comments or concerns to the duty manager with discretion and urgency.
