About the Role:

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs? We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Special Education Needs (SEN) Worker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide vital support to students with diverse learning needs, ensuring they can access education in a nurturing, inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support children with a variety of special needs, including Autism, ADHD, physical disabilities, and learning difficulties.

* Work closely with teachers to create tailored learning plans that cater to the individual needs of each child.

* Assist in delivering lessons and activities that promote personal and academic development.

* Provide emotional and behavioral support to help children overcome challenges and build confidence.

* Monitor student progress and adapt support strategies as needed.

* Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to each child's development.

* Assist with personal care and mobility needs where required.

Qualifications and Skills:

* Experience working with children with special educational needs is preferred but not essential.

* A compassionate, patient, and understanding attitude.

* Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

* Ability to adapt quickly to the unique needs of individual students.

* Relevant qualifications such as a Level 3 Diploma in Specialist Support for Teaching and Learning (or equivalent) are desirable
