About the role:

The company is hiring Junior and Intermediate Structural Design Engineers for a Poole-based consultancy. Candidates should have 2-5 years of experience in structural design. The role involves working on projects, including schools, residential, and commercial, such as Impermeable Area Surveys and flood risk assessments, within a top-ranked consultancy recognised by UVDB and Achilles.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering, or a related field. Chartered status (e.g., MICE) is preferred.

* Relevant experience in structural engineering, including project management and expertise in Timberframe design..

* Strong written and spoken English skills for effective teamwork and client interaction.

* Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a Junior/Intermediate Structural Design engineer.

* Strong knowledge of engineering principles, design software, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

* Design and analyze projects, ensuring compliance with standards

* Manage project execution, including planning, budgeting, and coordinating with clients and contractors.

* Ensure engineering work meets quality standards and deadlines, staying within budget.
