Location: Tilehurst, Reading, Berkshire RG315AT
Salary: £29,000 per year
Hours: Full-time, Permanent. This position will be for full time over 4 days (40 hours a week with a day off)

Goldilocks Day Nursery is looking for a dedicated and experienced Room Leader. This candidate needs a minimum of 2 years' experience working in a day nursery and ideally has previous experience of running a room.
Requirements of Senior Room Leader:
·Have a passion for working with young children to help support their care routine and learning and development.
·Have a sound knowledge of the EYFS Curriculum and be confident in planning and carrying out age-appropriate activities
·Be able to work well as a team and delegate daily tasks
·To form good relationships with staff, children and parents
·Have a full and relevant Early Years Level 3 qualification
·Experience working in a Day Nursery
