Salary: £45000 - £55000

Hybrid set up: Must be able to commit to 5 days in the office - West End

Key responsibilities for this Executive Assistant:

• Supporting two Partners, a Head and MD plus some team support you will be managing extensive diary across multiple zones, arranging meetings and preparing documents
• Complex travel, accommodation, visas and expenses
• Supporting their Investor Relations team with roadshows and events

What background and experience are the company looking for?

• At least 3-5 years as a team Executive Assistant within financial services or professional services
• Experience supporting at senior level, being able to juggle multiple, changing priorities
• Excellent communicator who enjoys supporting a busy and demanding team in a vibrant and fun environment
