Teaching Assistant
Location: A school in Bourne
Salary: £85 - £100 per day

GSL Education Lincolnshire is currently seeking a caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support a welcoming secondary school in Bourne. This role is ideal for someone passionate about education and looking to make a difference in students' daily learning experience.

Responsibilities:

Provide in-class support to students with varying educational needs

Support the class teacher in lesson delivery and classroom management

Work with small groups or individuals to reinforce learning objectives

Promote an inclusive and positive learning environment

Requirements:

Previous experience working with young people in an educational or care setting

Strong communication and teamwork skills

A patient and nurturing approach

Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to pay for one through GSL Education Lincolnshire
