Responsibilities:

* Deliver high-quality Maths lessons to a broad range of students.

* Monitor and support students' progress and development.

* Contribute to raising standards of attainment and motivation across the department.

* Develop and enhance curriculum resources to ensure inclusivity and engagement.

* Foster a positive, challenging, and safe learning environment.

* Participate in departmental planning, meetings, and school activities to support the broader objectives of the school.

Requirements:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.

* Proven ability to deliver engaging lessons across the secondary age range (11-18 years).

* Strong classroom management and communication skills.

* Commitment to safeguarding, equal opportunities, and the personal development of students.

* ECTs must be on track to achieve QTS before April 2025.
