Ivy Resource Group are currently looking to hire a Site Manager to join one our clients on a permanent basis in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire.

The company:

Our client in a regional contractor who predominately work in the new build housing sector.

The role entails:

Managing the teams and sub-contractors on site

Liasing with clients

Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project

Reviewing progress and liaising with Quantity Surveyors to monitor costs

Essential requirements:

Driving licence and own transport.

What are we looking for?

A strong background as a Site Manager or an Assistant Site Manager looking to progress into their next role

Strong IT Skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Proactive with the ability to work and manage time effectively

Relevant industry qualifications - SMSTS, 1st Aid
