Qualifications: - RGN (Registered General Nurse) qualification and valid UK NMC Pin
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a nursing home or similar environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead a team and work effectively with other departments
- Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations, ensuring the safety and well-being of residents
- Knowledge of current regulations and best practices in elderly or mental health care, with a commitment to upholding these standards
