We have partnered with a cutting-edge technology company that is looking for a QA Tester to assess software quality through both manual and automated testing. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team, ensuring the seamless performance of innovative software products.

In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying and reporting bugs, executing test cases, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain high software standards. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for ensuring a flawless user experience.

What You'll Do

  • Review and analyse system specifications to develop effective test plans.
  • Execute manual and automated test cases, analysing results and identifying defects.
  • Evaluate product code against specifications to ensure compliance and performance.
  • Create logs and reports to document testing phases, bugs, and errors.
  • Work closely with Product and Project Managers to troubleshoot issues and enhance product quality.
  • Conduct post-release and post-implementation testing to ensure continued system functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain software quality throughout the development lifecycle.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a QA Tester or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, test case execution, and debugging.
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus.
  • Experience with test management software (e.g., Sentry) and SQL.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Organised, self-motivated, and able to prioritise tasks effectively.

Location: Central London - Hybrid Working - 1 day a week in the office.Salary: £40k - £50k
