You should have a proven record of delivering UK building services projects and familiarity with RIBA work stages. Experience:

Building Information Modelling is beneficial

Proven experience leading building services designs for both new and refurbished buildings
Experience mentoring junior staff and supporting team members with expert guidance
Competence in defining fee proposals, negotiating with clients and aligning expectations
Track record of delivering projects on time, within budget and to client satisfaction
Skilled in overseeing installation, commissioning and contractor assessment
Ideally experience with IESVE, Revit, AutoCAD
Qualifications:

Degree / HND / HNC qualified
CIBSE member, with a focus on professional growth
