MotorMatch Recruitment Ltd are representing a leading automotive repair bodyshop who are seeking a skilled MET Technician to join their team in Birmingham.

As an MET Technician, you will play a pivotal role in the smooth functioning of a mechanical, electrical, and trim repairs on damaged vehicles. You will be responsible for the repairing and replacement of components. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

As an MET Technician, you will be responsible for but not limited to:

* Diagnosing issues, repairing, or replacing components

* Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and trim issues on vehicle with effectiveness

* Repairing and replacement of damaged components, electrical wiring, interior trim, and mechanical systems

* Conducting thorough inspections and testing to validate the safety of the repaired vehicles

* Stripping and refitting parts on vehicles

* Carrying out 4-wheel alignment

As an MET Technician, you will have:

* Previous experience as an MET Technician in an accident repair centre / bodyshop

* ATA Qualified (Preferable)

Schedule:

* Monday to Thursday 07:30 - 17:30

* Fridays 07:30 to 16:30

* Weekend Overtime Available

* Two 15-minute breaks and one 30-minute break

Benefits:

* Standard holiday allowance of 28 days per year, including Bank Holidays.

* Salary depends on experience
