Role Overview

The Head of Property Management will lead and oversee the property management department, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and client-focused experience for landlords and tenants. Key Responsibilities

• Leadership and Team Management:Lead and manage a team of property managers, fostering a supportive, growth-oriented environment aligned with David Astburys’ commitment to community and client focus. Provide mentoring, set objectives, and manage performance to ensure the delivery of top-notch service across all team members.
• Strategic Development:Develop and implement property management strategies that align with company goals. Continuously improve internal processes and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Client Relationship Management:Serve as a primary point of contact for high-profile clients and key stakeholders. Manage escalated issues and complex cases, ensuring all clients feel valued and supported. Uphold the agency's reputation for building lasting client relationships.
• Property Portfolio Oversight:Oversee the portfolio of managed properties, ensuring compliance with legal standards, effective handling of tenancy issues, and efficient maintenance operations.
