As an Orthopaedic Scrub Nurse, you will:

Act as an expert clinical resource within theatres and across the centre.
Lead and coach the team, providing clinical leadership and fostering continuous development.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to prepare operating theatres, ensuring equipment and supplies are ready.
Perform scrub/assisting duties, contribute to quality improvement, and promote evidence-based practice.
Provide expert, holistic care to perioperative patients and their families.
Supervise and train staff to ensure high-quality, cost-effective service.
