Title: Property Accountant

Location: Manchester

Salary: Up to £40,000

Cobalt is working with a leading Property Management company based in the heart of Manchester who are seeking a Property Accountant to join their friendly, motivated and welcoming team.

Accountabilities:

• Will be responsible for accounting tasks.
• Will be responsible for compliance to include RICS.
• Line management desirable but not essential.
• Must be highly organised and able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Property or Client Service Charge Accounting knowledge essential.
• Any Part Qualified Finance qualifications are advantageous (AAT, ACCA, etc.)
• Experience using Qube system is highly desirable.
• This role has the opportunity to lead one direct report. If you have previous management experience this is desirable OR our client will consider someone who wants to progress.
