The Role

The Technical Braze Consultant will be responsible for implementing, customising, and optimising Braze solutions for a diverse range of clients. This position requires a strong blend of technical expertise and strategic thinking to ensure seamless integration and impactful campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading the end-to-end implementation of Braze, including configuration, integration, and deployment.
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their business objectives and translating them into actionable Braze workflows and campaigns.
  • Developing and maintaining API integrations between Braze and other platforms, such as CRMs, CDPs, and data warehouses.
  • Providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support to clients, ensuring Braze solutions perform flawlessly.
  • Educating clients on Braze best practices to help them maximize their ROI.
  • Staying informed about Braze's evolving capabilities and sharing insights with both clients and the internal team.
Candidate Profile
  • Experience: Demonstrated experience in Braze implementation and consultancy, ideally within an agency or consulting environment.
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in Braze configuration, API integrations, SQL, and data architecture. Familiarity with JavaScript and SDKs is advantageous.
  • Strategic Insight: A strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and personalisation techniques.
  • Client Management: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and manage client relationships effectively.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to technical challenges.
