We are on the lookout for a skilled and experienced Renal/Dialysis Field Service Technician to join our dynamic team in supporting clinics throughout the London area. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the maintenance and support of critical medical equipment, including dialysis machines and Renal Water Treatment systems. Experience with specific dialysis monitors is a significant advantage.

Training provided on OEMs. 

Key Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance, repairs, and calibrations on dialysis equipment and Renal Water Treatment systems.
Ensure all equipment operates reliably and safely, adhering to industry standards.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of equipment maintenance and repairs.
Provide technical support and guidance to clinical staff and patients.
Monitor and evaluate renal equipment performance to ensure optimal functionality.
Deliver exceptional support to assigned clinics, fostering strong professional relationships.

Qualifications and Experience:

Essential: Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical equipment engineering with a focus on dialysis.
Required: Valid driving license.
Desired: Proficiency with Renal Water Treatment systems or dialysis machines.
Prior experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating an understanding of the unique challenges of healthcare environments.
A relevant engineering qualification is highly desirable, providing a strong foundation for technical expertise.
Preferred to candidates with Fresenius training.

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of renal engineering, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Flexibility and access to personal transportation are essential for traveling between clinic sites.
