We are currently recruiting a Mechanical Building Services Manager for an exciting project based in Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a high-profile development, overseeing mechanical services for a 33-floor building and 9 floors of CAT A fitout.

Day Rate: £350
Location: Central London
Project: Main Contractor on a prestigious commercial building scheme

As the Mechanical Building Services Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the mechanical services installation, ensuring the project runs smoothly, within budget, and meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee mechanical building services for the development, ensuring compliance with all regulations.

* Manage the installation of services across the 33-floor building and 9 floors of CAT A fitout.

* Work closely with the project team, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure project deadlines are met.

* Conduct regular site inspections and ensure quality control throughout the project.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in managing mechanical services on large-scale commercial projects.

* Experience working on high-rise buildings and fit-out projects.

* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

* Strong understanding of building services regulations and industry standards.
