Position: Management Accountant

Location: Dudley
Salary: £38,000 - £42,000
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Our client, is looking for a skilled Management Accountant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to business performance in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts, budgets, and forecasts
Provide financial insights to support decision-making
Manage budgets with department heads and offer financial guidance
Conduct cost management and profitability assessments
Assist in year-end accounts and audits

Key Requirements:

CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualification (ideally)
Proven experience as a Management Accountant
Strong analytical skills and financial software proficiency (e.g., Sage, Xero)
Excellent communication and Excel skills
