£55k - £65k plus package

I am in search of an experienced site manager with a proven and knowledgeable background in delivering new homes! You will be joining a respectable, established yet growing developer who specialise in building both open market and social/affordable quality homes through out the south west region!

Working on a medium sized site, you will need to be accustomed to managing projects ranging from 50 - 100 units. Strong management, IT and reporting skills required along with an organised and detailed approach, with a desire to build it right first time and most importantly a quality over quantity approach. 

Ideally you will hold a degree or HNC relevant to construction, however not essential
As a minimum you will need the following certificates:

SMSTS
FIRST AID
SCAFFOLD INSPECTION
CSCS

On top of the salary which as always is DOE there is an option of a car or car allowance and excellent benefits.
