An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Accountant to join a very well-established Chartered Accountancy Practice in Dartford due to growth.

As a Senior Accountant, you'll play a vital role in preparing and reviewing accounts, liaising with the outsourcing team, training and mentoring juniors, working closely with clients, and managing a portfolio of clients and your workload.

You should be someone who is competent preparing and reviewing yearend accounts, have good leadership and management skills, and excellent communication skills.

The key to success is having extensive UK Chartered Accountancy Practice experience and being able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

About the role

• Preparing & Reviewing Accounts (Yearend Accounts)
• Tax returns (PT & CT)
• VAT returns
• Training & mentoring Juniors
• Liaising with the Outsource team
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients
• Handling any client queries
• Ensure all work is completed within timescales & meet any deadlines

About you
The ideal candidate for this position must have:

• Current UK Chartered Accountancy Practice experience
• ACCA / ACA qualified
• Excellent communication skills (Oral & Written)
• Ability to plan workload, prioritise, and meet deadlines
• Be organised, reliable and highly efficient
• Motivated and enthusiastic
• Bright and capable of working under pressure
• Smart appearance and happy nature

• Experience with the software Case Ware (Not Essential)

• Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 DOE
