Key responsibilities will include:

Support the delivery of an effective people strategy by implementing projects focused on talent attraction, retention, management and diversity and inclusion.
Lead and support key HR projects, collaborating closely with the Head of HR.
Analyse HR data to provide actionable insights, influencing HR priorities and solutions at all levels.
Champion diversity and equality initiatives, fostering a more inclusive workplace.
Partner with the wider HR team to align on new ways of working and share best practice.
Support the planning, organisation and delivery of engaging People strategy events.The successful candidate will have:

Proven experience in strategic people delivery, including Talent Management, Learning and Organisational Development, Diversity and Inclusion and Wellbeing.
CIPD Level 5 qualification (desirable).
Strong project management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience working in an international, fast paced, complex organisation and engaging with senior stakeholders.
A positive, solutions-driven mindset with forward thinking capabilities.
