About the Pub

The Cricketers is ideally located on the outskirts of Beeston town centre, near Nottingham. This well presented site attracts a wide range of customers. Benefitting from a designated sports area and a private beer garden. We are looking for a retailer who can expand the current offer with a view to expanding the business via live entertainment and live sports TV. Enterprise are looking for a highly motivated tenant, with the ability to inject energy, improve the retail standards and provide a strong retail strategy to deliver growth and return whilst engaging the local and potential customers.

The Cricketers is a one bar, open plan operation that has two distinct trading areas, all in good decorative order. Traditional in style with a variety of furnishings the pub has a warm and welcoming feel. The first trade area houses three pool tables, gaming machines and a raised area with chairs and tables. The second, a relaxing lounge, has the potential to accommodate diners, with a total of 50 covers throughout the pub. In addition, there is a trade kitchen that is well proportioned and equipped, giving the new publican the opportunity to introduce a traditional food offer that is priced to match the drinks offer.

Accessed via the sports bar, the beer garden is of a good size and well maintained, with a large and recently refurbished smoking solution. The tarmac car park is flood lit and provides space for approximately 20 vehicles.
