This is an exciting time to be joining the team as their new Financial Controller and help the business to continue to deliver great client services, reach more audiences and gain more projects globally.

This role will be the number one in Finance, working with the Board and Exec team and we are seeking candidates with the ability to think strategically and commercially with a huge curiosity and track record of driving change. The role will provide strategic leadership, plan the financial strategy for the business and be accountable for the provision of financial and performance information and provide transparent financial leadership to enable decision making across the company.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to bring financial structure, analysis, leadership and detail to the company; and we are seeking a CCAB accountancy qualification (or equivalent) from a range of service backgrounds, including events, hospitality, theatre, the arts, as well as professional services and technical support.
