This is a fantastic opportunity for a part-time Administrator to provide operational support to a well-established and friendly mailing house.

Working 22 hours per week flexibly across 5 days, Monday to Friday. There is a potential for increased hours in the future.

THE ADMINISTRATOR ROLE:
Working in a pleasant open-plan office you will be involved in many aspects of the business including:

Coordinate administrative functions effectively and accurately
Processing data sets
Provide support to the Client Services Director and Technical Operations Manager
Assist in print and production areas from time to time
Maintain efficient office operations
Manage communications and correspondence
Organise meetings and appointments.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Excellent administrative skills
Well-organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Strong communication skills
Outgoing personality.
SALARY & BENEFITS YOU'LL RECEIVE AS ADMINISTRATOR:

£24,500 - £26,500 pro-rata (equivalent to £14,000 - £16,000)
