Quality Manager

Location: Waterbeach, Cambridge

Standard Work Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:00pm (37.5 Hours Per Week)

Salary: £46,000 Per Annum + Company Car

We are seeking an experienced and Quality Manager to join our clients team based in Waterbeach, Cambridgeshire. This pivotal role will provide technical expertise, ensure quality standards, and strengthen customer relationships by offering pre-sales and post-sales support.

Duties to include:

* Provide technical assistance to customers during pre-sales and post-sales stages.

* To lead the implementation of the client's quality procedures.

* To assist the design and implement of Quality procedures.

* Communicate and consult with staff on quality issues.

* Report on product performance

* Identify solutions to reduce support costs

* Analyse customers' needs and suggest upgrades or additional features to meet their requirements

* Address product-related queries promptly and effectively.

* Train customers on product use and functionality.

* Use customer feedback to identify potential new features or improvements.

* Supervise staff to maintain a safe working environment.

* Communicate and consult with staff on Health and Safety matters.

What we are looking for:

* Proven experience as a Quality Manager within the Production / Manufacturing industry.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

* Valid Driving license (Travel Required)
