Are you an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking for your next opportunity to make a real difference? Tradewind is excited to present a fantastic part-time role in an Ofsted-rated "Good" primary school in the vibrant community of Chorlton.

This is your chance to play a pivotal role in supporting Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and Key Stage 1 (KS1) learners, supporting their development, and helping them achieve their potential in a nurturing and dynamic environment.

This part-time HLTA role offers the opportunity to contribute to this exceptional school culture while working 3 days a week with competitive daily pay of £90-£120 (dependent on experience).

Key Responsibilities

As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), you will:

Support teaching and learning across EYFS and KS1, delivering engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons when required.
Work closely with teachers to plan and deliver interventions that bridge learning gaps and extend children's knowledge.
Assist with creating and delivering creative, inclusive, and interactive activities that align with EYFS and KS1 curriculums.
Create a positive, trusting relationship with pupils to promote emotional and academic growth.
Take responsibility for small group and whole-class teaching when the teacher is unavailable.
Maintain up-to-date records of pupils' progress and support the analysis of data to inform future planning.
Collaborate effectively with staff to share resources, strategies, and best practices.What We're Looking For

HLTA Qualification (Level 4 Teaching Assistant or equivalent) with experience in EYFS and/or KS1.
A passion for working with young children and the ability to inspire and motivate learners.
Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and KS1 curriculum.
Excellent teamwork skills and a proactive approach to supporting learning.
A commitment to maintaining high standards of safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.Why Join This School?
